FBI rukavice, još jedan popravni, još jednom Maslinkin recept. Odličan prilog, a meso može i u drugi plan da ide pored ovih finih krompira!
Sastojci:
1 kg krompira
malo ruzmarina
malo slatke aleve paprike
ulje
so
Postupak:
1. Krompir oprati, oljuštiti ga, a koru sačuvati. Iseći ga na četvrtine ili osmine, pa isprati pod hladnom vodom. Koru od krompira staviti u gazu i uvezati.
2. Staviti krompir šerpu sa hladnom vodom i posoliti. Ubaciti i gazu sa korama i uključiti ringlu. Kuvati oko 20 minuta. Procediti ga i ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
3. Na ringli zagrejati par kašika ulja u posudi u kojoj će se krompir peći u rerni. Ubaciti krompir i mešati da se naulji sa svih strana. Skinuti sa ringle pa posoliti, ovlaš posuti suvim ruzmarinom i slatkom alevom paprikom. Prebaciti u rernu zagrejanu na maksimum, peći oko pola sata ili malo više, dok korica ne postane zlatno braon. Ako rerna ima ventilatore, koristiti ih.
Rustic Style Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
a pinch of dried rosemary
a pinch of sweet paprika
oil
salt
Directions:
1. Wash and peel the potatoes, but save the peel. Cut it in quarters, then rinse using cold water. Use a cotton tent to knot the potato crust.
2. Place potatoes and cloth with the peel in a cooking pot full of cold water. Turn on the heat, let it boil, and cook for about 20 minutes. Drain, then cool for a while.
3. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in the baking pan on the stove top. Add potatoes and stir gently, until potatoes are covered with oil from all sides. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary and paprika, then transfer to the oven preheated to the maximum temperature. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes get golden, crispy crust.

ReplyDeletePretpostavljam da se ljuske kuvaju da bi se dobio efekat/ukus kao da se ceo krompir kuva u ljusci. E sad, ko i koliko ume da razlikuje prilikom jela da li je krompir bio kuvan u ljusci ili ne, to već ne znam, i mislim da ja tu razliku ne bih osetila.

S obzirom na kolicinu pesticida [izuzetak 'bio' krompir]ne pada mi ni napamet da ubacujem ove kore da se kuvaju pored vec oguljenog krompira...
