600 g pilećih filetamalo mleka
100 g gorgonzole (ili drugog plavog sira)
250 ml slatke pavlake

Postupak:
1. Filete iseći na tanje šnicle i preliti mlekom sa pola kašičice soli. Ostaviti da ostoji jedan sat u frižideru. Nakon tog vremena meso ispržiti na malo ulja (jedna-dve kašike po tiganju). Ovu količinu mesa potrebno je pržiti iz dva puta.
2. Paralelno na drugoj ringli istopiti gorgonzolu u slatkoj pavlaci na srednjoj temperaturi us često mešanje.
3. Na tanjir staviti malo sosa, spustiti meso preko, pa još malo preliti sosom odozgo. Poslužiti uz prilog po želji.

Chicken fillets in Gorgonzola sauce
Ingredients:
600 g chicken breast fillets, skin removed
some milk
100 g Gorgonzola (or some other blue cheese)
250 ml neutral heavy cream
salt
Directions:
1. Flatten the fillets, and pour some salted milk over them, to marinate for an hour. Fry them on hardly oiled non-stick pan.
2. Prepare the sauce while meat is frying. Bring the cream and cheese to heat until cheese dissolves, stirring almost all the time.
3. Serve the fillets with some sauce bellow and over, with cooked and spiced rice.

Vidim ja da ću nakon Maslinke i tebe i ja, pored svega ostalog što sam već spremila, pripremiti i ovu prekrasnu piletinu. istina, nemam baš gorgonzolu, ali imam neki Vindijin sir ala gorgonzola.

ReplyDeleteGledala sam i ja baš ovaj recept da isprobam ali nikako, teško mi pada, verovatno zbog te divne osobe koje više nažalost nema.
